| Alex and Lemar on Top Of The Pops Saturday (TOTPS) |
 | Alex appeared on the Halloween edition of TOTPS today and sang another song from her debut single CD, the beautiful 'Beautiful', yes and she sang it beautifully too! Alex was again backed by a four piece band, but it was a different line-up to that which backed her recently on TOTP. This band generously threw in a grand piano and some backing vocals! |
| Later Alex braved the TOTPS confessional and astonished us all with this... "I went trick or treating once and I went and knocked on my friends door, and her mum answered and I said 'Trick or Treat' and she thought she'd be smart and said 'Trick', because no-one ever has any tricks, and I threw a pumpkin in her face. And 'erm I wasn't allowed over for tea again.". Tut, tut, tut Alex, you're so shocking! |

| Also on this morning's show was Fame Academy I's Lemar Obika. Lemar sang his new single '50/50', a follow up to his recent "top 2" hit 'Dance (With U)'. It's a good number, and sounds like one that will grow on you in the same way as Dance (With U) did. |
| It looks like Lemar, who finished 3rd in last years F.A. could end up being the most successful student from that year. He's popular with the girls too! Well during the programme Fearne Cotton told him, "the Sugababes said if they were stuck in a lift, they'd (like to) be stuck with you" - lucky Lemar! |
| However when Fearne asked him "who would you be stuck (in a lift) with?", Lemar had no doubts "...I would rather be stuck in a lift with a lift operator, a lift engineer who can fix it and get me out". Lemar you're so logical! No seriously, he was only joking...we hope! |
